Why the Riviera
I grew up in Paris, but ten years ago the French Riviera became my home, and it has never let me go. Along the ochre façades of Nice and among the timeless hilltop villages behind the coast, I have built a deep, personal connection with every mile of this shoreline.
That is why I only guide here. I would rather know one region completely than many regions superficially. When you walk with me through the Cours Saleya market or up to the panoramas of Castle Hill, you are not following a script, you are visiting my home.
My Credentials
I hold a guide's license from Paris-Sorbonne University and a master's degree from Nice, followed by years of further study in art history and heritage.
I am a state-licensed tourist guide, a guide-conférencier, and I hold the French professional card. This is the qualification that legally authorizes a guide to teach inside French museums and historic monuments. It is built on accuracy, depth and genuine local expertise, not a simple certificate.
I guide in English, French and Spanish.
Licensed Guide or Driver-Guide? Why It Matters
On the Riviera, many "private tours" are led by driver-guides: skilled drivers who comment on the scenery from the wheel and drop you at the entrance of each site. That is a perfectly good service, but it is a different one.
A guide-conférencier is licensed by the French state to guide inside museums, palaces and historic monuments, and is trained in art history and heritage. When we walk into the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild or through the lanes of Old Nice, I am the one telling the story, not an audio guide or a driver waiting in the car park.
With me you get both: a licensed cultural guide at your side all day, and, on experiences marked "Vehicle Included", a car to move between the sites. If you simply need a transfer with a friendly driver, I will happily tell you so and point you to my partner.
How I Design Your Experience
Every experience starts with a simple conversation. You tell me who you are traveling with, what you love and how you like to move through a place, and I shape the day around that. All my tours are private: it is only ever you, your party and me.
Prices are always per group, never per person: €340 for a single-city tour, €450 for a half-day, €750 for a full day. On experiences marked "Vehicle Included", an all-electric vehicle is included for up to 3 guests, and for larger groups my partner drives premium chauffeur vehicles.
My philosophy is simple: the Riviera deserves to be experienced slowly, thoughtfully and with full presence.
