Yes, through the bespoke collection: a private yacht day with or without Pacôme on board, a vintage or luxury car on the corniches, a horseback ride in the hills, meetings with gallerists and artists, private gardens and villa stays by introduction. Pacôme arranges them with partners he trusts, subject to their availability on your dates; each partner quotes and invoices its own service, and Pacôme's guiding time stays at the usual rates per group.
Yes, on request only. During the Cannes Film Festival (11 to 22 May 2027) and the Monaco Grand Prix (3 to 6 June 2027), demand is exceptional across the Riviera and rates are different. Online payment is closed on these dates: send your request by WhatsApp or email and Pacôme will reply with a personal quote.
Yes. The events and seasons page lists the days built around the Riviera calendar: the Christmas villages of Nice and Monaco, the Nice Carnival, the Fête du Citron in Menton with a lemon tasting, the mimosa season, the Rolex Masters, Les Voiles d'Antibes, Jazz à Juan, the Monaco fireworks, the Yacht Show and the flower festivals of Grasse. They are at the usual rates per group; only the Film Festival and the Grand Prix are quoted on request.
Yes. Pacôme holds a license from Paris-Sorbonne and a master's degree from Nice, and is a state-licensed tourist guide (guide-conférencier), legally authorized to guide inside French museums and historic monuments.
A driver-guide drives you between the sites and comments from the car; he generally cannot guide you inside museums or monuments. A guide-conférencier like Pacôme is licensed by the French state, trained in art history and heritage, and legally authorized to guide inside museums, palaces and historic monuments. With Pacôme you get a licensed cultural guide at your side all day and, on experiences marked "Vehicle Included", a vehicle to move between the sites.
Yes. Every experience can be adapted to your pace and interests, and several, including the two 'Pacôme's Discretion' experiences, are built entirely around what you want to see.

Two simple rates, always per group, never per person: €450 for a half day (up to 4 hours door to door, transport time included) and €750 for a full day (8 hours). A single-city visit, whether it lasts one hour or four, is booked at the same half-day rate. Multi-day journeys start at €1080, with a discount of 10% to 20% already included.
A private, licensed guide, a tailor-made itinerary, and an all-electric vehicle for up to 3 guests with pickup at your hotel, on every experience.
Entrance fees, food and drinks, personal expenses, and optional add-ons such as the perfume workshop, all payable on-site. The parking fees for Pacôme's vehicle (€50 per group and per day started) are added to your online payment; transportation itself is free, and there is no parking fee with the chauffeur-driven van.
Each full day is 8 hours with Pacôme, usually 10 AM to 6 PM, and each half day is 4 hours, either 9 AM to 1 PM or 2 PM to 6 PM, with the vehicle available throughout. A 1.5-day journey is 12 hours in total, 2.5 days is 20 hours and 3.5 days is 28 hours. Start and end times can be shifted to suit your plans, and your evenings stay free.
Yes: 10% off a 1.5-day journey, 15% off 2.5 days, and 20% off 3.5 days, compared to booking the equivalent days individually.
By bank transfer, which Pacôme prefers, by secure online payment link, or in cash (agreed in advance, at the latest at the start of the experience). Hotel billing or a concierge arrangement is also possible where applicable. Full payment is generally required before the experience unless otherwise agreed.
Up to 30 guests. Groups above 15 are quoted at double the base rate for that experience.
Yes, on every experience: an all-electric vehicle for up to 3 guests, with pickup at your hotel, villa, Airbnb or ship, door to door. For larger groups, a Mercedes V-Class van with a professional driver, through Pacôme's partner: up to 6 guests per van, with 6 cabin bags and 6 checked bags, at a fixed price per van of €525 for a half day and €750 for a full day, the shore excursion or each full day of a multi-day journey, with no parking fee. Transport time is counted within the hours booked: up to 4 hours for a half day, 8 hours for a full day.
Transportation itself is free. When your party (up to 3 guests) travels in Pacôme's all-electric vehicle, only the public parking is charged: €50 per group and per day, on every experience, half day as well as full day. Multi-day journeys count every day started: €100 for 1.5 days, €150 for 2.5 days, €200 for 3.5 days. It is added to your online payment on the experience page (the Pay Now button shows the total), or settled with Pacôme if you book by message. There is no parking fee with the chauffeur-driven van.
Yes, from your hotel, villa, Airbnb, ship or a central Nice meeting point, on every experience, half day, full day or multi-day, under the same conditions as the vehicle. The journey is counted within the hours booked.
Yes. Pickup and drop-off are included at the agreed location, typically your hotel or a central point in Nice. If you would like to be dropped off elsewhere, in Antibes or Monaco for example, a return fee of €90 applies to cover Pacôme's journey back to Nice, and the time he needs to return is counted within the hours booked (4 hours for a half day, 8 hours for a full day, door to door). Full details are in the Terms, sections 2 and 8.
It depends on the experience, village visits such as Eze involve steep, stepped lanes with no vehicle access, while city tours are on flatter, pedestrian streets.
Tours generally continue as planned; Pacôme can adapt the itinerary on the day if needed.
Yes. Every tour is private, so the pace and stops can be adjusted for families.
Yes. Discretion is part of the service: public figures, executives and families who value their privacy are welcome. Your booking is handled directly by Pacôme, nothing about your visit is published or shared, your itinerary stays between you, and pickup can be arranged at a discreet location of your choice rather than a hotel lobby.
More than 7 days before the experience: full refund, excluding payment processing and currency conversion fees, if applicable. Within 7 days: 50% of the total amount is retained. Within 48 hours: no refund. Tailor-made experiences with specific arrangements (when stated in your booking confirmation): 25% is non-refundable, 50% is retained between 7 days and 72 hours, and there is no refund within 72 hours.
In the rare event that Pacôme cannot lead your experience (illness, emergency), you will first be offered an alternative date. If no date works for you, the full amount is refunded, 100%, including payment processing fees.
Yes, subject to availability. Modification requests may incur additional charges.
No, it's an optional add-on available on select Eze experiences: €289 per person for a 2-hour private visit and creation, payable on-site (includes a glass of Champagne, a 100ml perfume, and a diploma).
No. On the Menton experiences, a guided tasting of the town's lemon specialities can be added for €25 per person, paid on site, like the perfume workshop. Select it in the booking form and Pacôme books it for you.
Yes. For example, the Jardin Exotique d'Eze is €10 per person, and museum or villa entries are billed separately, all payable on-site.
