Some of my guests come for a week or two and would rather have a house than a hotel: a villa on Cap-Ferrat or Cap d'Antibes, a house in the hills above Nice or in the lanes of a village, a place where the days with me start and end at your own gate. I do not rent villas; I introduce. Over the years I have come to know owners and agencies whose houses I would recommend to my own family, and I put you in touch with them.
What I add is the stay itself: the days composed around the house, the guide who knows the market at the end of the road, the tables booked, the yacht or the car arranged with my other partners, and someone on the Riviera who answers in an hour. The villa is rented directly from its owner or agency, under their conditions; my part is the introduction and the days.

You tell me dates, party and what matters, sea view, pool, walking distance to a village, staff; I introduce you to one or two owners or agencies whose houses fit, and you deal directly with them.
The days
Once the house is chosen, I compose the days: guided days from the villa, a chef on an evening, a yacht day, the markets, the villages, at my usual rates per group.
Good to know
- Price on request: the villa is rented and invoiced directly by its owner or agency, at their rates and conditions; I take no part in the rental contract.
- Subject to the owners' availability; summer weeks are booked many months ahead.
- I act as an introducer only. Deposits, contracts and insurance are between you and the owner or agency.
- Discretion is complete: nothing is published about who stays where.

No, the owner or the agency does. I am your guide and the person who composes your days on the Riviera; I remain reachable throughout the stay for anything to do with them.
